Thanks for responding promptly
and for giving me the details to access my profile even though it's been
several years since I took the Career Leader test.
As I was reading through the details of the report I realized that the
report very closely predicted the areas of my interest and where I need
to be. Right after B-school, I had ventured out in an area slightly
different than what the report suggested (Consulting) but over the years
I noticed I've come back to an area that your report suggested as a good
fit for me (Corporate Finance). I'll continue to use this report in my
future career planning.
Thanks for making such a wonderful tool available to us.

In my opinion,
CareerLeader represents the supreme accomplishment to date in an
interactive application of the World Wide Web. This site has everything.
The content, the design and the low price make it the finest career
assessment package out there. The exercises tie together seamlessly
and the material is right on. I can not say enough about how much
I have learned from the process. Your work is an example of how
powerful the web can be when used by professionals to bring information
to the world.

CareerLeader has been a valuable
addition to the career services that we provide to the students
of the University at Buffalo School of Management. It addition to
being an excellent tool, it guides the student through the career
self-assessment process without requiring a significant drain on
our (very limited) resources.
Our students finally have a self-assessment
program targeted specifically to business students. Our students
and alumni find this to be a beneficial process. In addition to
helpful and insightful results, the web-based nature of the program
allows flexibility, time and privacy that many other programs lack.
The service and support provided by
the CareerLeader team has been phenomenal! Everyone that I have
had contact with at CareerLeader has been a pleasure to work with.

As a recent user of your service,
I wanted to let you know how helpful I found the on-line career
assessment course!
Professional in its approach, I found
CareerLeader to be broad in terms of areas of coverage, very good
in terms of the quantity and quality of the output and it really
did describe me very accurately.
Importantly, I learned things about
myself -- which is invaluable. The cultural values component of
CareerLeader I found particularly useful also - I now understand
why I have "crashed and burned" in one or two jobs during my career!
I have spent a fair bit of time and
money on off-line career consulting companies and must say that
I learned more from CareerLeader (at a fraction of the cost).
Overall, CareerLeader is a very worthwhile
course. Thank you.

I think that CareerLeader has been
great for me - very good at articulating what I had always suspected
about myself regarding my talents. I've been doing a lot of soul
searching lately re: work and this tool has been very helpful. I
actually came across a recruitment agent the other day who had heard
of it too - I was rather amazed since it is fairly new to the NZ
market. I guess it may have established a reputation here already.

Congratulations! Your Management Consulting Profile helped me land an OUTSTANDING
management consulting job...they too were blown away by your assessment
of their profession....and they have been in the business for 30+
years....
I paid much more than $6K about 10
years ago for career counseling, evaluation, and placement services,
and a life time 'coaching' contract. It was money well spent...it
helped me make an excellent move...but seemed expensive at the time.
Their analysis didn't even start until well past the end of your
first segment!
Between my Silicon Valley hiring/firing
experience with start ups, a 2 yr. stint as Director of HR for an
Oregon spin off, and my Pepperdine MBA, I've had LOTS of exposure
to a whole gamut of the test and analysis programs. Other than Wilson
Learning's programs (a personal bias, I stumped their computers),
your program seems by far the most insightful, just from what I
have seen. And it is SO accessible!
The very best of luck in your intriguing
and very high quality endeavor. This is a great use of the Internet,
and a potentially very high value return on investment for your
customers.

I have worked with materials from
Campbell (formerly Strong-Campbell), and several on-line career
assessment tools. CareerLeader is by far the best I have seen. Combining
interests, values and abilities provides a more accurate set of
fulfilling career directions and the various profiles are extrememly
helpful in getting at the heart of specific career options. Its
focus on business careers allows for more specific details than
you find in the other "general" assessment tools. This program,
combined with the book, is a powerful resource for "honest" living.
Again, your program is the most helpful
I have seen.

I loved your program. I went through
Bernard Haldane in 1981. I've also been through Johnson O'Connor's
assessment program. I have taken many self assessments over the
years but liked yours because of the focus on business. I am going
to take some of the instruments again after reading the details
in your explanations.
I'd give your web site an A+. Keep
up the good work and... Think Big!

I have been using CareerLeader now
for about a month and a half and have been very pleased with it
so far. I have gotten through all three tests and am now reading
through the different profiles and will soon start trying to create
my "universe" of opportunity (though I already have a pretty good
idea of what it is!)
Thanks for the help and thanks for
providing people like me with such an easy tool to use. It really
has helped me see my future possibilities more clearly and has given
me focus and direction.
Sincerely,

I just wanted to write and express
how much I enjoyed reading Discovering Your Career in Business,
and also in using your CareerLeader site. I took both the BCII and
MRPP tests, and my results are very telling. Your analysis an description
of my profile type (general management -- high MP, EC, and CS) seem
to fit me to a "T", and explain much of my unhappiness with my previous
position in consulting. I will be attending graduate business school
at UCLA this fall, and I look forward to working with our career
center to search out companies and positions which match my profile
(which I submitted to you in an earlier e-mail).
Thank you again for all your help!

"Discovering Your Career In Business"
and the CareerLeader site have been invaluable resources to me;
I am truly grateful for your work.
I've been moving towards a career
change into high tech. My job search has now come to an end. The
time and energy I invested over the past several months in assessing
my skills, researching my options, and holding on through the "void"
has finally paid off. And it was worth the effort; as I venture
into this new phase of my life, I'm truly looking forward to the
adventures ahead.
Thank you again for the support and
perspective you provided during this process. I will keep your business
card on file -- maybe we'll meet for another session the next time
I find myself at a career crossroads. In the meantime, thank you
once again for everything.
Best regards,

I used all the capabilities of CareerLeader
the first two days of release. I have found it very enlightening.
It has definitely helped me focus my job search and given me confidence
in and understanding of myself. I would rank it as the best assessment
tool even against career counselors for insight. Thank you.

I have found the program very helful.
My only frustration with it is that it provides no easy answers
or direction. However, while it requires more work from me I would
liken my frustration to one who wants to run a marathon without
accepting the demands of running a lot of training miles.

Thanks sooooo much for the "pass".
I did purchase Career Leader a while ago, but never finished using
it, and had assumed that my membership lapsed (hence last week's
attempt to repurchase access to the software).Thank you for getting
back to me on this, and for your patience.
Often when consumers purchase things
online, we don't believe that there is really a person behind the
technology. Your personalized attention to this whole matter made
what could have been a negative experience, a very good one. That
in and of itself is a great marketing tool for your product! Thanks!
