TalentRetainer Site License
Information
This site license information pertains only
to organizations (including individual career counselors)
using TalentRetainer with their current employees. Please
also review information about our site license program for use of
unmodified CareerLeader via a corporate
site license, or with undergraduate
students or graduate-level students,
as appropriate.
If you wish to review TalentRetainer for
yourself as part of your decision on whether to offer the program

to discuss the program and obtain a free trial use.
Pricing
- Pricing is based on the quantity
of the order:
- Less than 40 uses: $95 each
- 40 to 199 uses: $80 each
- 200 to 499 uses: $60 each
- 500 to 999 uses: $40 each
- 1000+ uses: $30 each
- Set-up and research costs needed
to customize the base TalentRetainer program to your organization
will be determined in consultation with you.
- Your account is only charged when
a client registers with us. Clients
whom you authorze to use TalentRetainer, but who elect not to
register, are not charged.
- We invoice your organization directly;
whether and how you pass on the cost to your clients is something
you handle yourself.
- Purchased but unused accounts never
"expire"; if any are unused, they just roll over to next year.
- We'll create a TalentRetainer homepage
for your organization which is your clients' first point of access
to the program; the page is password-protected with an organization-wide
username & password (ie, it's the same for every client).
- We do ask that you provide us
with names of clients in advance; this allows us to ensure that
you won't pay for usage by non-authorized individuals. Note that
this incurs no charge, the fee is accrued only when a client decides
to register to use TalentRetainer.
Client Use of TalentRetainer
- Clients register themselves (creating
their own personal account) and can begin using TalentRetainer
immediately. Client registration information is unique and confidential.
(See our privacy policy statement below.)
- Normally we list client names in
the registration area, but optionally we can make this 100% confidential
(so employees don't know which other employees are eligible to
use the program).
- Each employee will be allowed
to take each of our tests once, and will have unlimited access
to all pages on our website.
- All client technical support is
handled via email. Over 95% of client inquiries are fully resolved
within one business day
Supporting Your Use of TalentRetainer
- We provide an online Corporate
Administrator's website where you can manage your use of TalentRetainer
directly (check on account status, see which clients have registered,
etc.)
- We offer day-long training sessions
at various times and locations throughout the year. We only charge
our expenses (typically $100/person if the event is large enough)
for these sessions.
- Our counseling staff is available
for appointments by telephone with you or your staff to help you
out with any difficult client cases, or to assist in your use
of TalentRetainer's interpretive tools, etc. There is no charge
for these half-hour appointments.
- Otherwise, everyday client support
is normally handled via email.
Privacy Policy
We will not use any of the personal
information you submit to our website, except:
- to assist in solving any technical
problem or issue with CareerLeader®, CareerLeader-College,
and/or TalentRetainer, or
- to inform you about new CareerLeader®,
CareerLeader-College, and/or TalentRetainer, options
and services that are available to you.
Specifically, we will not distribute
or make available any of your test results or your email address
to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
Only we (and, if you are a student
or client at a university or company with a site license, your career
services officials and career researchers) will have access to your registration info and
test results.
We do reserve the right to use, in
aggregate and without any personal identification, test results
to help further our research efforts.
