CareerLeader¨
Our online program, CareerLeader¨ (more),
is available for corporate use, including bulk-use discounts. Please
review our site license terms for CareerLeader
in a corporate setting. The online experience of CareerLeader is
designed to be a self-guided program for your clients. CareerLeader
is effective both as a career development tool, and as an outplacement
resource.
TalentRetainerª
Lastly is our companion program, TalentRetainerª.
TalentRetainer takes the core CareerLeader program and allows you
to customize it for your corporate setting. For example, the career
path options outlined in standard CareerLeader would be replaced
by the career paths actually available in your company. With your
help, we will research your organizational opportunities, and translate
them into our algorithms, so that your employees can understand
better what career paths options you can provide them. In this way,
you can better keep satisfied, and so retain, your employees.
For both CareerLeader and TalentRetainer
we offer a support website specifically for corporate administrators,
where you can manage your use of CareerLeader (i.e., review your
account status, see which clients have registered, etc.). As part
of this support website, we offer half-hour telephone appointments
(at no cost) for corporate administrators who have specific questions
about CareerLeader/TalentRetainer, and/or about a specific counseling
client.
We offer the following additional services
for those who wish to extend their familiarity with CareerLeader:
- We provide (free of charge upon your
organization's signing up with us) a comprehensive Manual, which
includes complete information about the program, its scientific
underpinnings and research, how to use it with your existing career
development programs in order to be most effective, and in-depth
information about the program itself.
- Additionally, we offer regional training
sessions. These are not required, but may be helpful to brush
up on their knowledge of CareerLeader and TalentRetainer. We offer
these sessions at-cost, and are happy to arrange new training
sessions wherever there is sufficient demand.
