Onur received his MBA from Harvard Business School, and currently works as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Previously, Onur worked as a manager in marketing and strategic planning positions at Toyota Motor Corporation.

Linda Lai

Linda heads Career Solutions Ltd., CareerLeader's partner in the Greater China region (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong). In 2004, Career Solutions and CareerLeader joined forces to develop two Chinese versions of CareerLeader, in both simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese characters. Linda has since introduced CareerLeader to business schools and universities in China, and continues to build the CareerLeader brand there. Linda received her MBA from Harvard Business School, and is an experienced career coach at HBS working with Dr. Butler. Her prior work experience included positions with McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and China International Capital Corp. Ltd.

Olujimi is the CEO of Inspiro Solutions, CareerLeader's exclusive partner and a pioneer solution provider of career solutions in Nigeria. Inspiro operates an extensive network of HR professionals through which it delivers solutions to its clients – both individuals and organizations. One of its key objectives is to contribute to solving the teeming unemployment and underemployment challenges in Nigeria. Olujimi previously worked as the head of recruitment for two of Nigeria's banks, as well as a consultant for Accenture.
