CareerLeader® is the original program
we first launched in April 1998. Thousands of clients later, we're
grateful for its success, and hope you will consider using it. CareerLeader
is a purely Internet-based interactive program which we developed
based on our collective 30+ years of experience in the business
career development field (both in our work at Harvard Business School
and in our private consulting endeavors).
How Does It Work
If you wish to purchase CareerLeader via
credit card, please feel free to do so at any time via our secure
website.
If you wish to review CareerLeader on behalf
of your university or organization, please review our site
license details regarding site licensed use of the program.
The program itself is 100% online. You will
take our tests online, and your results will be available as soon
as you complete them. You can review individual test results as
soon as that test is complete, but of course you'll have to finish
all three tests in order to look over our reports which integrate
data from all three tests.
Much of the information provided in CareerLeader
is available for downloading, so that you review it at your leisure
when 'off-line' and you can save it for future reference long after
your 60 day subscription is over.
Pricing and Guarantees
The fee for 60 days access to our program
is $95. You may qualify for a $20 discount, please feel free to
review our list of participating
schools.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of
purchase if you are not satisfied with CareerLeader. Just email
us to request the refund.
Customer Service
All support of the program is conducted
via email. You should expect a response within one business day
of your contacting us.
Privacy
We will not use any of the personal
information you submit to our website, except:
- to assist in solving any technical
problem or issue with CareerLeader®, CareerLeader-College™,
and/or TalentRetainer™, or
- to inform you about new CareerLeader®,
CareerLeader-College™, and/or TalentRetainer™, options
and services that are available to you.
Specifically, we will not distribute
or make available any of your test results or your email address
to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
Only we (and, if you are a student
or client at a university or company with a site license, your career
services officials and career researchers ) will have access to your registration info and
test results.
We do reserve the right to use, in
aggregate and without any personal identification, test results
to help further our research efforts.
