The cornerstone of your CareerLeader experience is your
Professional Report.
The Professional Report will "tell the story" of your test results, starting
with Your Key Characteristics. These are the core elements of business work that
are going to be important to you at every stage of your career. First and foremost among
these core elements, are your interests. As per our philosophy,
your interest in your work is the most critical factor for long-term success and satisfaction
in your work. The next elements to consider are Organizational Culture and how it will affect
your career, your Abilities, and your Motivators. Your Professional Report will discuss each
of these key charateristics in detail.
But there's still a lot more to your Professional Report. Taking into
account your key characteristics, CareerLeader will recommend Your Best Career Path Matches.
These are the business career paths (such as Marketing, Information Systems Management, Real
Estate Development, etc.) which matched up well for you: your interests will likely be satisfied,
your Abilities are a good fit, and the career will likely provide good Motivation for you. A
breakout report from this section will provide specific details on exactly why
CareerLeader has recommended the career path for you.
Lastly, we'll offer some guidance on your Next Steps: what to do with all
of the information that CareerLeader has provided you with, including tips on assessing the marketplace and
how to formulate your career strategy.
In addition to telling the story, your Professional Report also provide all of "the numbers"
(see example).
This section includes all test results data about your CareerLeader experience.
In addition, CareerLeader offers a suite of Detailed Reports.
These provide extra focus on elements you've already seen highlighted in your Professional Report
(see screen shot).
The final sections of CareerLeader help you to focus on further Career Research (for example, more information about potential industries),
and on other key elements of your Personal Research (including your career "Achilles' Heels", interview tips and more).
