Are Prior Results Valid Now?
The test which covers
business-related interests is reliable over time, so, while your interests profile would probably
not be identical if you retook the tests, the likelihood of a dramatic change is small.
What does change over time are your
work reward values and your abilities. We are constantly developing new abilities, so it's
not a surprise that these results would change. Work reward values also change over time. "Security" is
the classic example: when we're younger we have a lower valuing of Security, but as family and other
responsibilities increase, Security becomes much more important.
